At the Carroll Small Animal Clinic, the health and safety of our patients , staff, and community is our number one priority. Please be assured that while we are taking extra precautions to reduce the spread of COVID-19 we are still committed to providing exceptional care for your pet.
As an extra level of precaution to safeguard our clients and staff, we are now providing curbside service.
When you arrive for your appointment, please call us at (712) 792-3708 from the parking lot. A member of our staff will come to your car to retrieve your pet and discuss his/her appointment. Our staff will bring your pet inside for an exam and will return your pet and any needed prescriptions to the car when finished. We will also process payment outside for you.
At the doctor’s discretion, one pet owner will be allowed in the clinic if needed to determine diagnostics and a treatment plan.
This step will help reduce risk for both our team members and you, our valued clients.
